- Hourly Wage
- Monthly salary (hours worked does not matter)
What is flat rate pay?
Everyone in the same position gets paid the same regardless of seniority or performance
What is performance based pay
employees performances dictates the amount of raise and the timing of the raise
What is productivity based pay
Employees gets paid based on each item produced
What are the cons of performance based pay?
Got to be sure you can connect performance to pay in case an employee argues they worked better
What are the pros of productivity based pay
good for employees that must produce together pieces

yes you can e.g. base pay + performance based pay
