To make a comparison between two similar nouns, use tanto or tanta + noun + como
*Since tanto is an adjective, it should agree with the noun in both gender and number

Today there is as much public as yesterday in the theater.

Today there are as many people as yesterday in the theater.
The superlative is used to say something is the “most” or the “least.”
To express a superlative comparison use: el /la /los/ las + noun + mas or menos + adjective
El concierto mas emocionante fue el de ayer.
The more exciting concert was the one yesterday.
Para mi, la obra menos divertida es “Algun dia.”
For me, the more entertaining play is “Algun dia.”
When mejor and peor are used as superlatives, the following construction is used:
el/ la/ los/ las + mejor(es) or peor(es) + noun
Pienso que Alejandra Ruiz es la mejor bailarina.
I think that Alejandra Ruis is the best ballerina.
Ustedes son los peores cantantes!
You (plural) are the worst singers!
The preposition de is used after the adjective when the superlative comparison occurs within a group or category.
El concierto de ayer fue el mas emocionante de todos.
The yesterday’s concert is the most exciting of all.
