Q

Types of leadership

A

Authoritarian : the leader has all the power and doesn’t listen to the community. Works if used responsibly as it gets the job done, but can lead to an unhappy community if used wrongly.
Democratic : the leader asks the members of the community for their opinion and input. Works as the community develops, but doesn’t work if there is no trust
Free reign : this is when the leader does no work and leaves it all to the community. This works sometimes as the members feel important, but doesn’t if there is no structure
