maintain satisfying relationships.

Needs of People
Physical, Instrumental, Relationtional and Identity Needs
These include needs that keep people’s bodies
and minds functioning.
Physical Needs
Human beings are social creatures, which makes
communication important for their survival
Physical Needs
These include needs that help people get things
done in their day-to-day lives and achieve short-
and long-term goals.
Instrumental Needs
include
influencing others, getting information we need,
or getting support.
Instrumental Needs
These include needs that help people maintain
social bonds and interpersonal relationships.
Relational Neds
giving them a tool through which to develop,
maintain, and end relationships.
Instrumental Needs
These include the need for people to present
themselves to others and be thought of in
particular and desired ways
