* VOA have 12 months to respond
* IP has 4 months to challenge
Challenge:
* VOA have 18 months to respond
* IP has 4 months to make an appeal to the VT
Appeal:
* VOA have 2 weeks to comply with order
* £150 small properper £300 otherwise

Tell me about this example?
All communication was done via phones and letters as the executor was elderly and without email access. I discussed valuations on the phone and drafted letters following our conversations. I sent an agreement form via the post with a return envelope.
