What is the difference between Current Market Rent and Market Rent basis of value?

A

Market Rent: Relates to clean slate scenario, disregarding any exisiting lease or tenant conditions
Current Market Rent: Considers exisiting lease terms and conditions in place and for DRRS these are in relation to the premise cost directions and the lease where applicable
