What is cultural competence?
Set of cultural behaviours and attitudes integrated into the practice methods of a system, agency or its professionals that enables them to work effectively in cross cultural situations
What is resilience?
Resilience can be described as the ability to recover and recuperate quickly from a difficult or challenging situation. In order for nurses to build on resilience, they need to be able to take and stay in control of their heart, mind, and body throughout the day.
