Q

What are the three levels of “Evoking Awareness”?

A
  1. Asking Questions
  2. Communication
  3. Silence

Asking questions
Allow the client to go beyond the current story, imagine themselves in different ways.
The client takes a moment before taking an answer and goes into a deeper process

Communication
Share observations, thoughts, and perspectives without attachment
Invitation to respond in any way the client wants - make it clear that this is an offer and the client decides how to use the communication

Using silence
How comfortable is the coach with silence? Allowing the client to talk until they’re done.
Hold space to process thoughts and feelings. Experience completion
