NOTE: A position report will be sent one hour after the QSL of the OUT / DEPARTURE message and hourly thereafter. The time of the aircraft position in the Position Report must be no earlier than 10 minutes prior to the DTG. The maximum time late for transmitting a particular DTG is 15 minutes. When a message is transmitted more than 15 minutes after the DTG, a new DTG must be assigned to the message.
