S5 Public Order Act
Uses threatening or abusive words or behaviour
Displays writing or signs containing threatening abusive words.
In the presence of someone likely to be feel harassed, alarmed or distressed.
Fear and Provocation of Violence (S4 Public Order Act)
Uses threatening, abusive or insulting words and behaviour, towards another person.
Displays or distributes any writing, sign which is threatening, abusive or insulting.
With intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence will be used against them.
