Ventricular tachycardia - wavy lines regular rhythm
VF - irregular wavy lines
BCT = VT until proven otherwise

A
Dominant R waves V1, RAD, T-inversion V1-3.

Tall (>5 squares) R waves V5+6, T-inversion 4-6.

Inferior MI?
A
ST elevation II, III, avF. Right coronary artery.

Anteroseptal MI?
A
ST elevation V1-4. LAD artery.

Anterolateral MI?
A
ST elevation I, aVL, V4+5. LAD/Left cirumflex artery.

Lateral MI?
A
ST elevation I, aVL, V5+6. Left circumflex.

Left circumflex OR right coronary.
