Describe an American Quarter Horse
Very friendly. Very smart. Willing to please the rider or trainer. Generally on the smaller side. Can be competitive in any equine sport.
Describe an Arabian Horse
Generally on the smaller side. Very fast. One of the older American breeds. They can be hot tempered when they don’t like how you are handling them and aren’t usually great for new riders.
Describe a Thoroughbred Horse
Descend from Arabians. Also not great for new riders due to their hot temper. A very versatile horse and are fast like Arabians. You commonly see Thoroughbreds in horse racing.
Describe a Morgan horse
One of the first breeds developed in the US. They tend to be shorter and are very well mannered. Great for first time riders. Delighted to please the rider or trainer.
Describe a Paint Horse
Known for its white markings. Very gentle and easy to manager. Great for first time riders. One of the most common american horse breeds.
Describe a mustang horse
Roam in the wild. Can be very stubborn and can fend for themselves. Typically shorter than average but very smart and sturdy.
