What are the types of Committees
A
- UCC-Unit Classification Committee
- ICC-Institutional Classification Committee.
- DRB- Departmental Review Board (Highest Committee, cannot be appealed)
- STG- Security Threat Group

What can UCC-Unit Classification Committees hear and who are the required members?
A
- Initials, Annuals, & Program Reviews.
- Facility Captain (Chairperson) or CCII Acting Chairperson AKA F.C.(A)
3.CCI (Recorder-does all of the work. Every single thing). - Other CDCR Staff (Witness)
- Educational or Vocational representative

- Administrative Segregation, Solitary Housing Units, and Camp
- Warden (Chairperson)
- Psychiatrist or Physician
- Facility Captain or Correctional Captain
- CCII (Recorder)

- Deputy Director of Institution and Paroles (Chairperson)
- Chief of Classifications or Chief of Healthcare (Two members constitute a
quorum)
Remember DRB is the Highest Committee, cannot be appealed.
