Analysis of DISHARMONY OF HT & KI
Pattern is mainly caused by apprehension & anxiety or emotional changes which turn into F, injuring HT & KI Yin. Or can be caused by prolonged illness, excess sexual activity which are also consuming KI Yin which then fails to control HT Yang by cooling HT. Resulting HT XU FIRE also rises up to disturb mind.
What is HT & KI YANG XU?
Pattern is caused by HT & KI YANG XU, not able to warm the whole body & thus failing to move qi, blood, & fluids, leading to blood stasis & fluid retention, & is cold

Can develop from chronic HT YANG XU along w/ KI YANG XU

What is XU OF HT & SP?
THis pattern is due to HEART BLOOD XU & SP QI XU and looks like HT BLOOD XU symptoms (abnormality of HT/mind) as well as SP QI XU signs which over time cause a failure in the source for producing qi & blood & failure to control the blood.
Analysis of XU OF HT & SP?
Pattern is casued by chronic diseases or too much worry & anxiety, or irregular dietary habits that damage the SP & ST, or lastly can happen w/ a major hemmorhage that results in both blood & qi xu

What is HT & LR BLOOD XU?
This pattern is about an abnormal HT/MIND (forgetfulness, insomnia, disturbed reams) & also failure of nourisment to the eyes, & other related blood xu patterns.

THis pattern is caused by worry & anxiety injuring HT BLOOD, or by excessive loss of blod or SP XU failing to generate blood

What is KI & LU YIN XU?
This is due to both KI & LU YIN XU creating DEFICIENT HEAT. THe KI & LU nourish each other, the dispersing & descending of the lung fluids provides nourishment for the KI & the rising of KI YIN nourishes the LU.
ANALYSIS of KI & LU YIN XU
Caused by DRY-HEAT or tuberculosis injuring LU YIN or by CHRONIC COUGH & PANTING damaging LU YIN then further dev’t of KI YIN XU due to lack of LU fluid going to KI, creating KI YIN XU. OR EXCESS SEXUAL ACTIVITY can cause KI YIN XU & cause KI to fial to send YIN to nourish LU.

What is LR F INSULTING THE LU?
B/c LR is about ASCENDING & the LU is about DESCENDING, when there is too much ASCENDING of LR QI the LR “FIRE” will go upward to insult the LU.
Analysis of LR F INSULTING LU
Caused by depression & anger that leads to LR stagnation which transforms into FIRE or by a HEAT PATHOGEN blazing up through LR CH, insulting LU
What are the key symptoms of LR F INSULTING LU?
COUGH W/ THICK STICKY, YELLOW SPUTUM &/OR BLOOD IN SPUTUM
BURNING PAIN IN CHEST & HYPOCHONDRIUM
