Intra-lesional injection of Kenalog 10 (10mg/ml), which is used as 10 mg per cm of lesion
What is your differential for desquamative gingivitis?
lichen planus, mucous membrane pemphigoid, pemphigus vulgaris, systemic lupus erythematosis, hypersensitivity
How do you treat desquamative gingivitis?
Biopsy for confirmation and prescribe topical steroids
What pathologies can be red in color?
HE HEAL: Hemangioma, Erythematous Candidiasis, Hypersensitivity rxn, Erythroplakia, Angular cheilitis, Lingual Tonsil
