COLLECTION OF DATA (RESEARCH) Flashcards
In research, any information that has been observed and collected to validate research things is known?
Data
What are the two types of data?
Primary and Secondary Data
A type of data that are gathered from primary sources and provide raw and first-hand information.

Indicates distance, between two entities , which is what helps in achieving. It offers labels, order, as well as a specific ….. between each of its variable options.
Interval Scale
Bears all the characteristics of an interval scale, in additional to that, it can also accommodate the value of ZERO on any of its variables.
Ratio Scale
What are the TWO types of question.
Close-Ended Question
Open-Ended Question
Type of question that asks the respondents to choose from a distinct set of pre-defined responses.
Close-Ended Question
What are all the types of close-ended questions?
Dichotomous Question
Multiple Choice Question
Rating Scale Question
Bipolar Question
Buying Propensity Question
Leading Question
This type of question shows only two options and one is selected.
Dichotomous Question
This type of question shows three or more options and only one should be chosen.
Multiple Choice Question
This type of question is usally a 4-point or above ______ scale where the respondents are required to indicate a certain extent of condition, degree of judgment, or intensity of feeling.
