Feedback
A
- Feedback is a message sent from the receiver back to the sender
- Feedback is a gift of one’s thoughts and feelings about another’s behaviour
- Verbal feedback provides (through words) the receiver’s understanding of the sender’s message and personal reaction to it
- Nonverbal feedback registers the other’s reaction to the sender’s message through facial expressions and body language

T = think before you speak
A = apologize quickly if you’ve made a mistake
