How to shift back to healthy boundaries
A
- nip dependent behaviour in the bud when someone is seeking codependency
- remember, you cannot fix it - someone greater than you is the one to fix it
- Finding a healthy balance
- Is this person doing his absolute best to help himself?
- Are your actions helping this person to feel more self-empowered?
- Are you working harder to deal with their issue or solve their problem than they are?
- Don’t deprive others from the opportunity to learn from the consequences and actions
