what is curacao?

What is pineapple gum?
a pineapple infused simple syrup made with acacia resin (gum arabic) used to add texture to cocktails. Invented in San Francisco for the famous Pisco Punch.
What is calvados?
Ourse is made by Manair de Montreil. An apple brandy from normandy
What is armganac?
Ours is made by Famile Beurat. A grape brandy from the Armagnac region of western france. Can be made from a variety of grapes including ugni blac, folle blanc, colombard and bacco. Distilled once in a mobile alambic. Armagnac is often vintage.
what is cognac?
Ours is made by Dudognone: A grape brandy from Cognac region of western france? Almost exclusivly ugni blanc grapes. Distilled twice in a pot still. Cognac is not usually vintage, rather blended.
what are the differences between cognac and armagnac?
choice in varietal. Distillation. Vintage vs. Non-Vintage
what is a daisy?
Daisy - a daisy is a drink USUALLY made with a non-barrel aged spirit that includes some sort of citrus, a fruit syrup (often raspberry) and some sort of effervescence (soda water)
