60ml tanqueray
25ml simple syrup
30ml lime juice
Bunch of lime
Combine all ingredients, shake with lots of ice and double strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with mint leaf.

Combine all ingredients, shake with lots of ice and double strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.

60 ml Ketel One 25ml coco monin 30ml lime juice 5 slices of chili 6 coriander leaves
Combine all ingredients, shake with ice and pour straight into low ball glass, top with shaved ice. Garnish with chili and coriander.

60ml Kettle One 20ml gingemnbre 30ml lemon juice 30ml sugar syrup Half a small cucumber
Muddle lemon and chopped cucumber in Boston glass. Add the rest of the ingredients and double strain into high ball glass filled with ice. Top with shaved ice, soda and cucumber fan.

Combine all ingredients, shake with lots of ice and double strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with rose petals.

Build up all ingredients into tall glass with shaved ice, top with soda, shaved ice and garnish with mint leaves and lychee.

Soda water
Combine all ingredients, shake with lots of ice and serve over shaved ice in a lowball, top with soda. Garnish with dogs and white flour.

Shake all ingredients, double strain over crushed ice and top with crème de mure. Garnish with lemon twist.

Pour ruby mix over ice in a highball. Top with soda, frozen berries, and crushed ice, garnish with dried roses
