½oz Lime juice,
½ oz Pineapple Juice
½ oz Guava Juice
1oz Mahina Dark Rum
Method: Combine all ingredients except for the dark rum in a pint glass. Roll the contents. Float the dark rum

Method: Build in copper mug, float bitters

.25 oz Orgeat
Method: Build in a mixing glass. Add ice and ingredients, shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Top with 3 coffee beans

1 oz Pineapple juice
.5 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Cinnamon Syrup
Method: Combine ingredients, shake and strain over fresh ice.
Garnish: Tajin rim, pineapple

Method: Lightly muddle the orange slice with honey simple, add whisky, top with ice, add bitters.

Method: Fill glass with ice. Add ingredients. Shake and strain over fresh ice. Tajin rim.

1.5 oz Kuleana Huihui Rum
1 oz Mango puree
splash of pineapple
.75 oz Lime juice
.5 oz Simple syrup
Glassware: Spec Dbl Rxs
Method: Combine, shake, strain over ice.
Garnish: Pine leaf, skewer mango and lime wedge.

½ oz lime juice
½ oz simple syrup
Pinch of mint leaves
Club soda
Method: Add mint, fill glass with ice, add ingredients. Shake and top with soda.
