• 1 oz pineapple Penn
• 1 oz pineapple Dry Vermouth
o Shake, rocks glass with KD
o Garnish with nutmeg spiced lime wheel

• ½ oz BCE
• 1 oz Strawberry BC
• 1 ½ oz Fairmount blend
o Stir, RxRx
o Garnish with lemon twist
Nice Jumbuck
• ½ oz sesame seed orgeat
• ½ oz ginger syrup
• ½ oz cucumber juice
• ½ oz lime juice
• 1 ½ oz Vigo
o Shake, collins
o Cucumber peel roll-up w/ skewer garnish, top with club
Golden Slippers
• 4-5 Thai basil leaves
• 3 drops saline
• ¾ oz agave syrup
• 1 oz Kumquat SJ
• 2 oz Persimmon BC
o Shake with Thai basil leaves, strain, coupe
o Garnish with Thai basil leaf
Breath of Fresh Air
• ½ oz orange peel infused dry
• ½ oz Grapefruit SJ
• 2 oz. BOFA Blend
o Wine glass, KD
o Top with club, half grapefruit moon
Little Poplar
• ½ orange liqueur
• ¾ oz poblano pepper juice
• 1 oz yuzu/lemon syrup
• ½ oz Bay
• 1 oz BC
o Shake with 3-4 basil leaves, coupe
o Tajin on half the lime wedge
Queen of Table Waters
• 3 oz Milk Punch
o RxRx
o Garnish with Orchid
League Island
• 2 dash aromatic
• 2 dash citrus
• ½ oz lime
• 1 oz Marigold/GOP/OJL blend
• 1 ½ oz Marigold infused BC (20 g)
o Shake, RxRx
o Garnish with large pansy flower
