How it’s made
A
Infusion of yuzu from California and whole dried limes from Indonesia combined with a longer distillation process which further mellows the juniper notes of the gin results in a ice bright citrus forward gin

Taste:
A
On the nose: complexity of the yuzu and dried limes; complex citrus notes shine through with hint of black pepper
On the sip: black pepper and earthly spices, very mellow juniper, but complex citrus to balance the earthy and peppery notes
Finish: mouthfeel from slight sugar added to the gin, our only gin with added sugar, pepper and earthy spices slightly linger with a citrus undertone
