A

Partial Thromboplastin Time - the time it takes for clot to form in plasma after Calcium and partial thromboplastin are added.
60-70 seconds (>100 second signifies spontaneous bleeding)

Thrombin time or thrombin clotting time - the time it takes to convert fibrinogen to fibrin.
