Grasp reflex
Place first and second finger between patients thumb and forefinger and try to draw ur fingers away,patient will try to grasp and pressure will increase
Suckling reflex
Touch corner of mouth and look for sucking movement of lips and deviation of mouth in direction of stimulus
Glabellar tap
Repeated tapping of bridge of nose accompanied by spontaneous blinking,if it persists after 4-5 taps then reflex is inhibited
Palmo mental reflex
Brief contraction of ipsilateral mentalis causing Pickering of skin over chin in response to scratching skin near thenar eminence
Apraxia
Inability to perform motor acts in the absence of motor sensory deficit or ataxia

What is nystagmus
Involuntary conjugate rythmical oscillation of the eye
Grading of nystagmus
1st degree,only on deviation,fast phase to the same side
2- nystagmus in straight ahead position
3- fast phase opp to direction of gaze
