CVD, hyperthyroidism (characterised by tachycardia), severe hypertension, uncontrolled bipolar disorder, severe depression

A

wakefulness, hyperactivity, paranoia, hallucinations, htn, exhaustion, hypethermia, coma

A
  • suicidal ideation (esp at the start of treatment and after dose change)
  • hepatotoxicity
  • qt prolongation
  • constipation
  • tachycardia
