1st line:
oral vancomycin for 10 days
2nd line:
oral fidoxamicin
3rd line:
IV vancomycine + metronidazole

management of relapse

within 12 weeks:
oral fidoxamicin
post 12 weeks:
oral vancomycin or fidoxamicin
