A
Severe pain
VA —
Hard red eye Halo round lights Semi-dilated pupil Dull hazy cornea Worse symptoms w/ mydriasis (watching TV in dark room)

A
MEDICAL
- Acetazolamide IV* (carbonic anhydrase i)
- Topical agents (B-blockers, steroids, pilocarpine, phenylephrine)
SURGICAL
- Peripheral iridotomy
- Surgical iridectomy
- Lensectomy
