Bill of rights
They are those rights possessed by every citizen without being granted by the state for they are given to man by god as a human being created to his image that they may live a happy life. Also known as god given rights acknowledge morally good

Life
Includes the right to exist and right to be free from arbitrary personal restraints or servitude. It includes the right of the citizen to be free to use faculties in all lawful ways

Means anything that can come under the right of ownership and be subject of a contract. It represents more than the things that a person owns it includes the right to secure and dispose of them

The rate of the people to be secure in their persons houses papers and affect against unreasonable searches and seizures of whatever nature and for any purpose shall be inviolable and no search warrant or warrant of a racial issue except upon probable cost to be determined personally by the judge after examination under oath or affirmation of the complainant and the witness he may produce
