- miosis/blurred vision, N/V/D, tearing/salivation/sweating/urination, bronchospasm, muscle twitching/weakness, bradycardia, seizure/coma
- SLUDGE (salivation, lacrimation, urination, defecation, GI motility, Emesis)

- mydriasis, dry skin, flushing, fever, delirium/seizures, tachycardia, urinary retention, ileus
