Identity assumption (Troiden)
Accepts gay or lesbian identity. Seek out social and sexual relationships. Disclose their sexual orientation to gay and lesbian peers and adults and some to heterosex fam members and friends
Identity Commitment
Internalization of gay or lesbian identity. Homosex is a way of life. Comfy disclosing to everyone.
