A

This is a provisional explanation or hypothesis of how an individual comes to present with a certain disorder at a particular point in time, forming a framework of the patients problems or need, how it developed and how it’s being maintained

A

A

This should be done in teams (Shows the best benefit) as it can enhance work with complex clients, challenge myths about servace users, help staff to manage risk and is already used to underpin treatments in Young Person’s psychiatric units
