A
Unconjugated - runs in blood, binds to plasma albumin (hydrophobic), lipid soluble, not excreted by kidney
Conjugated - in liver with glucuronic acid and passes into biliary tract into bile, acton on in intestine by bacteria & excreted in urine as urobilin
