Renal- continant/incont, smells, normal vs retention
Sexual- pregnancy, STI, sexually active, contraception
Skin- scars, overall health, turgor
Musculoskeletal- joints, comparing bilat sides
Neurovasc- colour, warmth, sensation, comparing both sides
