Treatment of glaucoma- build up of occular pressure.

  • Cause ciliary muscles of lens and sphincter muscles of pupil to contract
  • Fluid drained through trabecular system into canal of scheme

A

Botulinum:
-surgical procedures
-treating muscle spasm
Depolarising/non-depolarising receptor blockers:
-used for paralysis in surgery , muscle therapies to tetanus
Anticholinesterase:
-reverses effects of non-depolarising blockers.
