A

A

Prepatella bursitis
Inflammation of bursa inferior to patella
Caused by acute or chronic repetitive trauma to the knee

A

Bucket handle tear- inner section pulled from thicker outer section
Torn part can become detached and lodge in the centre of the joint, preventing full extension of the knee

A

Flex knee to 90°
Place both hands on posterior proximal tibia
Pull upper part of leg forwards
Test is positive if tibia moves anteriorly without an abrupt stop
