a man comes in worried he has prostate cancer because his friend got it and had no symptoms and he wants to know if theres a test he can do to check . what do you say

there is a test caled PSA a blood test. however it is not a screening test ebcasue you can get a lot of false postives and so then would get a lot of men having biopsys that werent needed. if he has no symptoms then we dont do it. if he were to start having symptoms then yes do the test
