Precipitation: Avg. of 80 per year
Seasons: Hot and wet all year
Vegetation: Year round growing season, thick lush, dense rainforest
Tropical Savanna
Precipitation: Wet season brings rain. Will also be dry for 6 months
Seasons: Warm all year; wet and dry seasons
Year long growing season
Vegetation: Grasslands, tall, coarse grass
Marine West Coast
Precipitation: Fairly constant cloud cover
Seasons: Cool summers, damp winters
Vegetation: Mixed forests: evergreen trees and deciduous trees.
Mediterranean

Vegetation: Taiga-evergreen forest found in Russia- largest evergreen forest in the world

Precipitation: Northern Hemisphere, not much precipitation
Seasons: Bitter cold winters, cool summers
Polar bears live here
Vegetation: treeless plain, Permafrost, Lichen
Ice Cap
Precipitation: Pretty much none, about 2 miles thick of ice
Seasons: Cold!
Vegetation: None!
Desert
Precipitation: less than 10 inches a year
Seasons: Hot! Can be cold at night
Vegetation: covers 1/3 of Earth’s surface, oases areas of growth, cacti
Steppe
Precipitation: 10-20 inches of rain per year
Seasons: Varies by location, dry
Cold winters warm in summers
