What is client care?
A
Delivering actions, and putting provisions in place to ensure the service and support provided to your client is of the highest level. I ensure I know my clients needs, and ensure I produce an outcome that satisfies these.

A

- build trust in a brand or business
- improve the reputation of the business, important for Roxburghe as such a large stakeholder in the local community.

A
- sporting clients (shooting and fishing)
