  1. What are the main concepts of Client Care?
A

a. Identifying all clients/colleagues/third parties who are your clients and understanding the appropriate behaviours to establish good client relationships.
b. Establishing systems and procedures that are appropriate for managing the process of client care, including complaints.
c. The requirement to collect data and analyse and define the needs of the client

  1. How do you look after and report to your clients? (Provide examples)
A

a. Communication is key and we aim to keep our clients well informed and updated
b. Our reports are always clear and concise and easy to understand
c. We aim to turn around reports quickly and within the time frame our clients have requested
d. Example – Sometimes clients require reports to be processed faster than normal due to unforeseen circumstances. We always aim to accommodate this if its reasonable to do so and assist the client in any way we can.
