Linear movement
Motion around a fixed point ir axis, like flexing and extending a joint.
Angular movement
Motion along a curved path, like cycling or skating.
Curvilinear movement
Involving large muscle groups and major body parts, such as walking pr jumping.
Gross motor movements
Involving smaller muscle groups, often requiring precision and coordination, such as writing or picking up objects.
Fine motor movements
Movements that mimic or directly relate to everyday activities, such as squatting (sitting down) or lifting.
Functional movements
Movements specific to a particular sport, like swinging a tennis racket or throwing a basketball
