N3 – contralateral mediastinal or hilar, ipsilateral/contralateral scalene/supraclavicular

Major: 3 separate blood cultures over 24hrs before antibiotics taken showing microbacteria typical for IE
Minor: predisposition, temp, vascular phenomena, immunologic phenomena (including RF), microbiologic evidence/serological evidence of active inflammation
