Periodontitis associated with systemic disease
Refractory periodontitis
Nectrotizing ulcerative periodontitis
Problems:
* overlap of categories
* no gingival disease component
* inappropriate emphasis on age

replaced adult with chronic and early onset with aggressive
localized and generalized (not tooth specific)
