Lablling may be considered the main internal factor, as the other internal factors are all results of/the response of labelling
-Teachers ideas of the “ideal pupil” match the labels they give to middle class pupils, and the stereotypes are the labels given to working classes

Did a tidy in an English primary school found in a mostly working class primary school, the ideal pupil was passive, quiet and obiedant. In mainly middle class school the ideal pupil was defined in terms of personality and ability
What is self fulfilling prophecy?
This is the concept which states pupils become their labels. For example a middle class pupil who is labelled as ‘intelligent’ may be more motivated in lessons. Her teacher may challenge her more. Or oppositly, a working class student may be labelled as ‘naughty’, this may lead to the child may misbehave and they may feel targeted and frustrated and act out
What’s the evaluation of the self fulfilling prophecy?
Teachers would argue they have proffessionalism and do not students. Tears can face punishments if they label and speak with unprofessionalism. Students ability to resist the labels attached
