What is the NCLRT?
National Clandestine Laboratory Response Team
With Planned terminations the termination phase will be handed to an incident controller who will engage in specialist groups such as STG, AOS however as OC your expect to do?
Collate and assess all initial information/intelligence
Initiate and develop the planning phase
Obtained SW where required
Appoint and Request Incident Controller (Usually duty inspector)
Arrange AOS/STG where needed
Arrange notification and standby for emergency services ie fire
Contact the National Clan Lab Response Team
Arrange SOCO/Photos etc
Do you need a Scene Guard for a clan lab?
Yes. They are often gang connected and contain valuable precursor chemicals, equipment or finished product. Therefore there must be at least one armed scene guard present during the processing of all clan labs.
