Plasma
Red blood cells

What does the plasma do
A
This carries everything in the blood around and it is a pale straw coloured liquid

What do platelets do
A
They help blood clot. Whenever there is a cut they go there and stop blood going out and microorganisms getting in

What do red blood cells do
A
They carry oxygen from the lungs to all the cells in your body

They defend against infection
