Sustainable and circular construction entails emissions and wastes reduction through the reuse and recycling of materials to achieve economic gains and save resources for future generations.To pursue circulation in buildings can both be concerning material, energy and economy.

Material circulation:
When constructing a building the material choice should be in the form that it could be reused again after deomlishment. For example steel, shish could be melted and used again → reproduced
