Absolute Film
Its a film that tells no story, is made by extensive editing, and is usually very breif.

The its the basic unit of filmmaking.
Establishing Shot
Is a long shot introduced at the beginning of a scene.
Pan
Is a shot that moves horizontally from one side to the other
Tilt
Moves up or down
Track Shot
A track shot is a shot in which the camera moves in the same direction at the same speed as the on=bject being filmed
Zoom Shot
Is a shot in which the focus moves toward or back from the object
Master Shot
Is a single shot of an entire piece of action, taken to facilitate the assembly of the film in the editing process.
Cutting within the frame
is a filming technique that avoids the necessity of editing.
A Depth of focus shot
Shows both near and far objects clearly at the same time.
A rack focus shot
Shows the main object clearly while everything else is blurred.

magnitude
The magnitude (or size) of the screen on which the film will be viewed determines which shots will be most effective. Long shots and shots full of action, for example, work well on a big screen. Close-ups and head shots are frequently used in television.
