2) Major loss of life or property

3) Major Marine Casualty
(a) The loss of six or more lives:
(b) The loss of a mechanically propelled vessel of 100
or more gross tons;
(c) Property damage initially estimated at $500,000
or more; or
(d) Serious threat

4) Major Pollution (over 100,000 gallons of oil)
5) Any incident in which CO deems to be an incident of National Interest

A

Initial report to the NCC - 1-800 DAD SAFE

A

NCC will generate a Critical Incident Report and email it to Homeland Security Operations Center (HSOC), each District CC, reporting unit, and both Area Maritime Intelligence Fusion Center (MIFC)

A

NCC will initiate a conference call with the reporting unit, District Commander, Area Commander and Commandant. (Time for this call will be established at Initial Notification)
