What is the meaning of the Lord’s Supper or Holy Communion?
Communion is a symbolic sacrament practice of worship that is observed to commemorate and celebrate the life of Jesus Christ.
What mode of Baptism is used in the Baptist church and why according to the scriptures?
In Mark 1:9-10 it says Jesus came out of the water from the Jordan. Therefore it suggests baptism by immersion was the method Jesus preferred and so should we. It is the immersion in water of a believer, into the name of the Father, and Son, and Holy Ghost. This is an outward expression of our faith in the crucified, buried, and risen Savior. Equally it serves as a symbol of our death to sin and resurrection to a new life.

Pastors & Deacons: Life should be above reproach, must be faithful to his wife/spouse, exercise self-control, live wisely, and have a good reputation. Manage home well, enjoy entertaining but not be a heavy drinker, Must be able to teach. Be gentle, not quarrelsome, and not love money.

Private: directly affect individuals and known only to the individual. When it becomes known widely, it becomes public. Examples of public offenses are drunkenness, Sabbath-breaking, profanity, idolatry.
What are the steps in dealing with public and private offenses?
In dealing with both matters, redemption is key. In the case of private offenses, the person must try to resolve it with the person through spiritual guidance and personal repentance.
Why is it necessary to have by-laws or a constitution in a church?
Defines how the church is structured and governed. Furthermore it states who has the authority to make decisions and set forth certain procedures regarding hiring and termination, how money is handled, etc.

Pastors and deacons: to act as God’s “servant” to the church. Their duties vary but ultimately aim to result in the capacity to improve congregational care and assisting the pastoral leadership.
